Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to delete your Deathpin account and all associated data stored in our systems.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our Firebase servers:
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email, display name, profile photo)
- Cloud-synced game progress (level completions, character upgrades, ticket balance)
- Leaderboard entries associated with your account
- Any stored preferences or settings synced to the cloud
How to Request Deletion
You can delete your account using one of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open Deathpin on your device
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to the address below with the subject line "Delete My Account - Deathpin". Include the email address associated with your account.

Important Information
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All character upgrades, ticket balance, and level progress will be lost.
- Account deletion will be processed within 7 business days.
- Local data stored on your device (offline progress, settings) is not affected. To remove local data, uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.
- In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. Refund requests for purchases should be directed to Google Play support.
- Data already collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play) is subject to their own data retention policies.
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- All personal data is removed from Firebase within 7 days of the request.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for service improvement.
- We do not retain backups of deleted user data beyond 30 days.
