DEATHPIN - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Deathpin ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION
   Deathpin is a dark fantasy action-puzzle game where players throw enchanted projectiles at spinning rings to slay demons, available for Android devices.

3. AGE REQUIREMENT
   You must be at least 16 years old to use the App due to dark fantasy themes and stylized violence.

4. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
   - Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
   - Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage in leaderboards
   - Use cheats, hacks, or third-party tools to manipulate game progress or currency

6. IN-APP PURCHASES
   The App offers in-app purchases including ticket packs, ad removal, and cosmetic skins. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play.

7. VIRTUAL CURRENCY
   Tickets are an in-game virtual currency with no real-world value. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for real money. We reserve the right to modify ticket values and pricing at any time.

8. ADVERTISEMENTS
   The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we are not responsible for ad content.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, design, pixel art, characters, story, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Lifecharger and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

12. TERMINATION
    We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
