DEATHPIN - PRIVACY POLICY

1. OVERVIEW
   Deathpin ("the App") is developed by Lifecharger. This policy describes how we handle your information. The App is intended for users aged 16 and older.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
   The App does NOT collect:
   - Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
   - Location data
   - Contact lists or address books
   - Device identifiers or advertising IDs (beyond what Google AdMob may collect)
   - Browsing history or usage analytics

3. LOCAL STORAGE
   All game progress, character upgrades, high scores, ticket balances, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Cloud Sync feature.

4. CLOUD SYNC (OPTIONAL)
   If you opt into Cloud Sync via Google Sign-In, your game progress data (level completions, character upgrades, ticket balance, achievements) is stored securely in the cloud via Firebase. This data is used solely for synchronizing your progress across devices. We do not access, sell, or share this data with third parties.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   a) Google AdMob: The App uses Google AdMob for advertisements (interstitial and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
   b) Google Play In-App Billing: Purchase transactions (ticket packs, remove ads, cosmetic skins) are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
   c) Firebase: The App uses Firebase for optional cloud sync and authentication. Firebase may collect standard analytics data per Google's privacy policy.
   d) Cloudflare: The App loads content from Cloudflare CDN/R2. Cloudflare may log standard web request data (IP addresses, request headers) per their privacy policy.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
   The App is NOT intended for users under 16 years of age due to dark fantasy themes and violence. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has accessed the App, please contact us.

7. DATA SECURITY
   Sensitive data such as progress and upgrades are stored using encrypted secure storage on your device. We employ industry-standard practices to protect your data.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
   Since we store data locally on your device, you maintain full control. You can delete all App data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data through your device settings.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
   We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
