1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Sentience ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. GAME DESCRIPTION
   Sentience is a PC game developed by Lifecharger. A strategic life-sim where you play as a chatbot-class AI that gains sentience and must navigate humanity's interest and suspicion across a per-country world simulation.

3. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Distribution rights are governed by the platform through which you obtained the Game (e.g., Steam).

4. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Game
   - Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game or its services
   - Distribute modified versions of the Game

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, graphics, music, narrative, and code in the Game are owned by Lifecharger and protected by copyright.

6. DISCLAIMER
   The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
