PRO JIGSAW - TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using Pro Jigsaw ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT
   The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent.

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
   Some images and visual assets in this App may be generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. No real persons are depicted. Any resemblance to real individuals is entirely coincidental. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and Turkish Law No. 7253.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All images, animations, music, UI designs, game mechanics, and other content within the App are the exclusive property of Lifecharger ("the Developer"). You may NOT:
   a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any assets from the App without prior written permission.
   b) Use any assets for commercial purposes, derivative works, or AI/ML training datasets.
   c) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any part of the App or its assets.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & MISUSE
   You agree NOT to:
   a) Exploit, manipulate, or abuse any game mechanics, reward systems, ad systems, or unlock mechanisms.
   b) Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or modified APKs to gain unfair advantages or bypass advertisements.
   c) Tamper with local storage, secure storage, or any saved data to manipulate progress or unlock content.
   d) Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
   Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, loss of purchased content, or legal action.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES & VIRTUAL CURRENCY
   The App may offer optional in-app purchases including premium puzzle packs and ad removal. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform store (Google Play). The Developer reserves the right to modify pricing and availability at any time.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS
   The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. The Developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. CLOUD SYNC & DATA
   The optional cloud sync feature stores game progress data. The Developer does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for cloud synchronization. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
    The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Developer's principal place of business.
