1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Hot Collector ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION
   Hot Collector is a mobile application developed by Lifecharger. A relaxing color-sort puzzle game. Guide charming collectors to gather, sort, and clear colorful pieces through brain-teasing levels.

3. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
   - Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Lifecharger and protected by copyright.

6. ADVERTISING
   The App may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

7. DISCLAIMER
   The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
