HOT CHARM - TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using Hot Charm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT & ADULT CONTENT
   The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The App contains stylized images of an adult nature. You must not allow minors to access or use the App. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's device usage.

2. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
   ALL images, illustrations, and visual assets in this App are generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. No real persons are depicted. Any resemblance to real individuals, living or deceased, is entirely coincidental and unintentional. The images do not represent, portray, or reference any actual person. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and Turkish Law No. 7253 on the Regulation of Internet Publications.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ASSET PROTECTION
   All AI-generated images, videos, music, animations, UI designs, game mechanics, and other content within the App are the exclusive property of Lifecharger ("the Developer"). You may NOT:
   a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any assets from the App without prior written permission.
   b) Use any assets for commercial purposes, derivative works, or AI/ML training datasets.
   c) Remove, alter, or obscure any watermarks, AI disclosure notices, or copyright notices embedded in downloaded content.
   d) Screen-record, capture, or extract assets to bypass watermark protections.
   e) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any part of the App or its assets.
   Downloaded images and videos include embedded watermarks for legal compliance and intellectual property protection.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & MISUSE
   You agree NOT to:
   a) Exploit, manipulate, or abuse any game mechanics, reward systems, ad systems, coin economy, unlock mechanisms, or promotional features.
   b) Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or modified APKs to gain unfair advantages, bypass advertisements, or obtain free content.
   c) Tamper with local storage, secure storage, or any saved data to manipulate coins, VIP status, ad-free tickets, or unlock progress.
   d) Share, sell, or distribute promo codes, redeem codes, or account credentials.
   e) Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any security measures, DRM, or content protection systems.
   f) Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
   Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, loss of purchased content, or legal action.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES & VIRTUAL CURRENCY
   The App offers optional in-app purchases including coins, VIP subscriptions, and ad-free tickets. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the platform store (Google Play / Apple App Store). Virtual currency (coins) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The Developer reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, and virtual economy balances at any time.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS
   The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Non-VIP users may encounter interstitial ads during navigation and rewarded ads for unlocking content. Ad-free tickets and VIP subscriptions can reduce or eliminate ads. The Developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. CLOUD SYNC & DATA
   The optional cloud sync feature stores game progress data. The Developer does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for cloud synchronization. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
    The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or its store listing.

11. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Developer's principal place of business.
