1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading or using Auto Game Builder ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. APP DESCRIPTION
   Auto Game Builder is a mobile application developed by Lifecharger. A self-hosted game project management companion. Manage builds, deployments, AI-powered bug fixes, and automation remotely.

3. LICENSE
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. USER CONDUCT
   You agree NOT to:
   - Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
   - Use the App for any unlawful purpose
   - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Lifecharger and protected by copyright.

6. IN-APP PURCHASES
   The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed by Google Play.
   Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support.

8. DISCLAIMER
   The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifecharger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS
    We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
